Low cost phone calls with Alpha Telecom
Four new Alpha Access tariffs have been introduced from 25th May giving you more choice to save on your phone calls. Please click here to see the new options.


With an Alpha Telecom Access account there are no connection fees or line rental charges and the low cost phone call rates apply all day every day. Nothing changes except you start to benefit from low cost phone calls. You even keep your existing phone number which means you can still benefit from your existing services such as 1471 and Call Minder if you are a BT customer.
An Alpha Telecom Access account can be used from ANY touch-tone telephone including mobiles and payphones.
Besides keeping all of your existing services, your Alpha Telecom account also offers many additional features such as FREE Voicemail, Global Calling, Quick Pay, and Call Line Identity (CLI).
Once your account has been opened, as an Alpha Telecom Access customer you can also benefit from FREE Extra Talk Time (ETT) when you top-up your account. The ETT amount can be as much as 20% of the value of the top-up, and is automatically added to your Alpha Telecom Access account.
